Deano van Rooyen is conscious, in a stable condition, and in good spirits following the head injury he sustained during Saturday’s 0-0 DStv Premiership draw against Golden Arrows.

He has been transported to hospital where he will undergo precautionary scans and testing but has shared that he is well and “feeling good” following the incident.

The club would like to wish Van Rooyen a speedy recovery and thank all medical personnel involved for their care and assistance in his treatment.
